Collaborating with costume designer Ieva Šlaičiūnaitė the photo session is designed to present Ieva's collection "Passengers of Tomorrow" through the creation of a transhumanist human based on the metaphor of the butterfly metamorphosis. The photographs reflect the formation of the human future by going through all the stages of the butterfly's metamorphosis - the puppet, the caterpillar, the cocoon, and the long expansion of the butterfly. It is important to note that all the work leaves space in the viewer’s interpretation, without clearly defining but only providing guidelines for the creation of a transhuman human.
