My Role:
I created and distributed over 200 student surveys to see what students were looking for in creating a social space. These surveys were very influential in the design process.
I also played a large role in sketching and ideation as well as creating over 30 full scale mockup floor plans in the space.
Finally, I helped create the style guides and pick furniture in the Social Hub.
Throughout the process, we met and worked with the Executive Board of CCS. I helped present our project and played a role in our grant of $50,000 to create the space. On 2/11/14 we met with school President Rick Rodgers to finalize carpeting and lighting options.
