The client requested a folder that is both classy and visually interesting with specific ideas about including the coast of Maine and the feel of the ocean. The final product had to fit the current look of his brand. The resulting product communicated the brand to high end coastal Maine real estate prospects. The folder is printed on a thick laid stock giving it a little texture.
