the project should be designed to spread public awareness towards reading based on the fact that we, in the Arab region, have one of the worst reading percentages which is less than 2% of the population. We can strongly notice that we are lack readers because the government doesn’t promote the habit of reading in our community and doesn’t support culture projects for that . This project will be the first in the Arab world, it is considered as an urban, cultural, educational, entertaining and environmental project. It should covers a wide range of reading styles and environments. In order to become an attraction to the public and its needs and their different reading habits. It also should provide a flexible platform consisting of different atmospheres to make reading as a public habit.
