Hi everyone! Phos has just released Mall Star, the first image of a new project that proposes a fun idea, to show popular sneakers from the ‘80s in a new look!
Mall Star and the other two subsequent images are a re-reading of these famous sneakers.

We adapted the visual, turning them, thanks to modern photography and retouching, a resource not available at the time, into a new and updated version.
The new set of tools rendered a beautiful new look for an old and good product!

The three images were created using fun names for the sneakers, to exercise creativity and the development of a successful advertising campaign.
The first image, Mall Star is a retelling of an advertisement
from the 80s. A lightning bolt from the sky
transforms into the Mall Star sneaker.

The Mice sneaker, the second image, is also a
reinterpretation of an old advertisement, where the shoe falls apart into a splash trail made of the same material that composes the footwear.

The third image, Gutche Gutche is a playful piece where a poorly made knock-off of the glamorous Italian brand Gucci is photographed in all its glory!
As a symbol, we used the Phos logo in all three products.
It was a fun set of images to make!
