La etapa de observación y luego la de sistematización y análisis, arrojó que el huésped busca no solo un lugar para dormir y comer, sino que espera que el hotel cumpla a cabalidad con la figura de un host. Los insights arrojaron que el hotel debía permanecer vivo y ofrecer interacción permanente.
La seguridad, el acompañamiento y sobretodo la información, se mostraron dentro de sus expectativas básicas y potencializarlas aumenta la sensación de bienestar del huésped durante su estadía en la isla.

The observation stage and then the systematization and analysis stage, showed that the guest is looking not only for a place to sleep and eat, but also expects the hotel to fully comply with the figure of a host. The insights showed that the hotel had to remain alive and offer permanent interaction.The security, the accompaniment and, above all, the information, were shown to be within their basic expectations and enhancing them increases the feeling of well-being of the guest during their stay on the island.
