Hello! This is my new project about the amazing natural phenomenon of polymorphism.
Polymorphism is the occurrence of more than one kind or form of organisms of the same species that exist together in one locality.
I chose two examples to draw: Poison-dart frog and Cuban painted snail.  Both species are on the verge of extinction.
Poison frogs are so small and colorful!
Their vibrant color warns predators that the frogs are poisonous and should be avoided.
Also, female frogs can carry their babies on their backs.

Cuban painted snail use their peculiarity to disorient a predator (birds).
For the most part, the snails live in trees and shrubs, eating lichens and mosses, sources of the minerals that give their shells the stunning colors.
The Cuban painted snail has been nominated for the title ‘Mollusk of the Year 2022’ by Professor Bernardo Reyes-Tur from the Universidad de Oriente, Cuba.
