We set up “5 Whys technics” to discover the real root problems :

Because the web integrates a lot of information and that can be confusing for travelers who feel waste of time.

Because more websites are not updated and can to have lack of content on the destination chosen by travelers.
Why is it difficult to find good content and quality travel website?
Because travelers can change plans easily and websites are not fit mandatory. Users must jump on another website or application.

Because the approach traveling solo, in a couple or with band friends differs and could be more complex.

Street testing with users on the onboarding and research prototype is good. There are still feelings about the fact that a step is missing on the flows which could add more empathy to the application.
