Nasi Kebuli (kebuli rice) was an Indonesian variation of pilaf (middle eastern rice) consist of rice cooked with goat broth and popular among Arabic and Betawi community in Indonesia. In this session, we shot couple variant of the cuisine like Nasi Kebuli, Nasi Mandhi and a local dish named Sambal Goreng Kambing (Goat Saute in Garam Masala Sauce).
