Imagine, you are touching pine tops from your terrace. That's all about our recent project in forestry Bucha.
It should be more wood part than urban, due to its location on the forest edge. Despite, complicated design tasks and relief, we could convert nine-storey volume on restricted area to the organic object that dissolves among environment.
Thus, using the relief advantage, we could place parking and services on the first floor. The inside courtyard with playground and landscaping is situated on the parking roof.
The facades solution was inspired by pine woods rythm and tectonics. ln contrast to vertical partition and colour of main volume, which symbolize pine trunks, upper storeys was solved with horizontal lines. This composition trick completes the building structure like tree krone, opens the amazing panoramic view and creates lightness effect of the top.
