Highschool Self Portrait
This is a self portrait I made as an entrance test into a magnet art school program.
I remember when I was making this, I decided to do a few things outside the box in order to make my portrait unique. The first being that I wanted to make an abnormal facial expression instead of a typical resting face. The second thing I wanted to do was to draw the mirror itself that I was using to see my face. And lastly, I decided to draw the picture with an imaginary light source that I visualized being located below me.
This self portrait was made using nothing but a normal pencil.
