Khawateen is an organization by the women for the women of Pakistan. This Project aims empower women by creating awareness and motivating the girls towards entrepreneurship. According to the stats its unfortunate that more than 50% of our country's population consists of females and less than 20% take part in economy of Pakistan. The Project will provide training session and workshops to help develop girls their startups and how to build it further.
Social Media is a very strong tool and by using that it in a sarcastic, fun way along with the logistics we made it more reachable and relatable. Every month the events are held to help and strong independent women speaker are invited to share their success story along with that documentary series are under way on the untold success of Pakistani women from small town to big cities.
A Kit was prepared to distribute in schools as well the girls in workshops. The kit includes a card game focusing on empowerment of girls, a basic business journal where one can use this to write ideas and manage money even from a young age. It also includes tote bags made in a creative way to look classy and also sharing stats.
