I chose to use this photo because it had a lot of retouching potential to be a great photo. It has a nice background and composition. The purpose of the assignment was to retouch a photo and combine another photo with it. The sky was a different free stock photo that I used to change the original sky which came out too light to make it a nice bright blue but still look real. I retouched the rest of the photo by saturating colors, removing spots and pieces of hair, brightening under eyes, and whitening teeth. This photo would stand out to an audience because it is brightly colored and good quality. The software used was Photoshop and Camera Raw, and the photo was taken with my Nikon D3200.
