Selecting one of the samples from the explorations of scales i expand that idea into a larger fabric. So here i created this surface inspired from scales by tucking and knotting.
Here i have tried to achieve the pattern and flow of the fins
Using the previous exploration i made a prototype of stole by cord piping.
In the product shown below i have used the property of fabric which is the shape itself. While tucking, the fabric folds itself and turns into a 3D tubular form. Using this property i made a 'Flexible Tubelight' which is a purest form of Textile.
