Brief: While 40% of STEM graduates in India are women, only a fraction pursues a job, much less a career, in the field. How do we challenge societal stereotypes and convince parents that educating their girl child in this field will not only empower them but get them ready for the future.

Idea: Mimicking qualification degrees, we put a spin on it by calling out how parents reduce the potential of a girl child to their expectations. The message is simple: Place the onus of choosing a career in STEM on the girl child instead of deciding a future for her.
