Revels is a national arts organization with production arms in nine cities across the country, producing community and seasonal celebrations. At the heart of the name “Revels” is a magical letter V. It’s V for victory and peace. It’s the outreached hand, the human-to-human engagement of a community of celebrants. It’s the invitation moment in “Lord of the Dance.” It’s the gesture of “Welcome Yule!” V is arms extended upward in musical direction and orchestration, connoting harmony and the quality of the music-based programs. V is arms extended in joy.
