Design project: the door book 

Design Problem: made a book cover for a horror book based on a creepy door to another word. The biggest issue came with perspective because making the book look like it flows but also the color because too red it was too dark but too light it didn’t feel creepy so trying to get a nice balance was difficult.

Design solution: used the perspective tool to angle the words and the lava on the floor to get a feeling of depth and angles. And for the color I used Multiple layers of hue and saturation adjustment layers along with layer mask to remove the areas that didn’t need color
