Egyptian Zodiac Series : Geb
First in a series of 12 pieces for the Egyptian Zodiac.
I referenced several pieces of ancient art for the figure of Geb and referenced the colours mainly from paintings on wooden sarcophagi. This lead to a more saturated colour scheme due to the yellow wood, rather then a more tan or bright colour scheme if it mimicked the scrolls or murals.
