Filters and Motion Editor: Ghost

So for this assignment, we had to use filters. I decided to draw Pepé the King Prawn from The Muppets, if he hadn't made it outside of The Haunted Mansion. (Disney please don't sue me) I learned to use filters in association with motion tweens. (I'm sorry, I know Pepé doesn't look the greatest, but I ran out of time, so here's this)
