Philosophy
The choice of the word "smooth" is used as a word that is able to represent connectivity, as the key of the digital interaction issue. Smartphone nowadays has the ability to make a connection not using only internet technology but also Bluetooth. Smooth uses the combination of both Bluetooth and internet to solve the gaps while internet connection down.
Bluetooth symbol is used as a connectivity representation in the logo. Smooth Logotype with two “O” characters merged means a seamless connectivity. To strengthen the meaning of connectivity to the brand, we add the symbol of radio signal commonly known as wireless symbols.
The blue color theme chosen to represent continuous growth to the company. Blue color can represent Trust as well. According to the most beliefs, blue color could protect against negative things, so the color itself represents a security trust against cyber attacking.
With interpretation of these all, we hope Smooth could be an application that supports its users new way of living their activities in the new normal life. Therefore it helps users to get better experience of digital interaction in the future for a faster, easier, safer, and more comfortable. Hence, Smooth uses slogan of “imagine better life tomorrow”.
