A.F.A.I.R. (as far as I remember) is a search for possibilities and counter-narratives to look again at place and destination, often with personal histories, memories and connotations. What do those moments and places actually mean? This exploration cuts across time, place and space and crosses all kinds of real and virtual dimensions. Other players, ‘ghosts’ and artefacts are actively involved, scenes are moved, parallel worlds are used for contact, a flight is simulated, and the living environment is re-exposed. The works take you along in a process of rediscovering and remembering.
