The building aims to provide a recreational destination for the community in Kampong Glam. Promoting a healthy and active lifestyle through the main programme of Sepak Takraw and various facilities. Using the Sepak Takraw ball as an inspiration and idea, the building embodies a void with circulation paths going through spaces. The void acts as a central focus and a sustainable feature. The idea of circulation that cuts through spaces is also further enhanced by the circulation running track throughout level two. The building also consist of composite wood material to aid in cost as well as sustainability.
