Seven years ago, I lost a good friend of mine, Herman Dhillon. I feel that when someone close dies, it's important to keep their memory alive and celebrate their life. A foundation has been created in Herman's name, and it has been contributing to the community through fundraising and events.

For the last 4 years, the Foundation has hosted a memorial basketball tournament in Herman's honour; the HD Memorial Basketball Tournament. This year I volunteered to be part of the organizing committee and I contributed by building an identity for the tournament and the Foundation.

The design was to be strong and dynamic to represent both, athleticism and Herman's personality.
