Insomnia, Animation Film Festival

I drew five illustrations for Insomnia International Open-air Animation Film Festival 2021. They were intended to be posted on Instagram.

This is a story about a guy name Andrew who went to the open-air festival all alone. He went through funny and awkward situations, met new people, watched great animation movies, found friends, and came back home inspired and experienced.

On the first day of the festival Andrew arrived in the parking lot. His hiking bag was so big he couldn't pull it out of his car trunk.
He found a proper place to set camp and tried to pitch up a tent. He was not an experienced camper so he found it really difficult to manage to do it by himself.
He made friends with some interesting people. He danced with a girl, and she accidentally stepped on his foot. She didn't noticed and continued to dance while he twisted with pain.
At night he went to watch animation movies. People were sitting in front of a big screen, and Andrew was searching for a spot to sit. It was so dark, he stubbed his toe against somebody wrapped in a blanket.
The festival is over. He packed his belongings and sat in the car. This time – not alone. His new friends asked him to ride them to the train station.
Thank you!
