Izmir Bird Paradise
Gediz Delta is one of Turkey's most beautiful places of natural beauty. Stretching from the tumbling hills of Foca to Bostanli, it covers 8,000 hectares and is protected by the Turkish government; construction is banned and for a very good reason.
The Gediz Delta is home to over 250 species of birds that now form the Bird Paradise of Izmir. Species that faced extinction or suffered from industrial and household waste pollution thrive here. The fully-fledged birds can survive using their natural instincts and lay eggs to start the next generation of their breed.

İzmir International Fair, is the oldest tradeshow in Turkey, considered the cradle of Turkey's fairs and expositions industry, and is also notable for hosting a series of simultaneous festival activities. The fair and the festival are held in the compound of İzmir's vast inner city park named Kültürpark in the first days of September, and organized byİZFAŞ, a depending company of
İzmir Metropolitan Municipality.
İzmir International Fair is also the most venerable member (since 1948) from Turkey of UFI, the association of the world's leading tradeshow organisers and fairground owners, as well as the major national and international associations of the exhibition industry, and its partners. The musical and other cultural events that accompany the commercial fair and that had actually started out as an auxiliary activity to attract popular interest for the event have become, over the years, a school by themselves.

Izmir International Fair as known as Kültürpark has 5 entries. My project is about signin only two doors that cuts the Kültürpark to two coast. Also the doors that named 26 Ağustos and 9 Eylül, gives you an easyly shortcut if you want to pass Kültürpark while you are walking. This project also shows important places on the way between this two doors in Kültürpark.
The green line is the way between two doors. The red points are the signs, the dark green and yellow squares are important places and wc on the map...
Signs Design and Size
I choose yellow colour for the signs. Because Kültürpark has huge green trees everywhere.. And yellow is the first option to easyly shot the peoples because contras with green... And the shape of sign is simple, because the place is organic and the sign must show it self with quickly ways...
And it must be usefull and thats why we make it look like that...
