El Jockey Plaza necesitaba que áreas muy diversas dentro del centro comercial, pudieran visualizar de una manera clara, dinámica y entendible los reportes del flujo de visitas en el centro comercial.

Uno de los objetivos primordiales era facilitar la conexión de las personas de éstas distintas áreas con la información y que fuera entendible la relación entre las distintas de variables que podrían afectar la data.

La solución para esto fue aplicar data storytelling. Mediante un análisis de las diversas necesidades de las personas que conformaban cada área, entendiendo el objetivo detrás de querer medir cada dato en particular. Con esto como punto de partida, construimos los dashboards, manteniendo siempre una interactividad con la información, entendiendo el significado de ésta más allá del número en sí mismo.

The Jockey Plaza Mall needed very diverse areas within the shopping center to be able to visualize the reports of the flow of visits in the shopping center in a clear, dynamic and understandable way. 

One of the primary goals was to facilitate the connection of people from these different areas with the information and to make the relationship between the different variables that could affect the data understandable. 

The solution for this was to apply data storytelling. Through an analysis of the various needs of the people who made up each area, we could understand the objective behind wanting to measure each particular data. With this as a starting point, we built the dashboards, always maintaining interactivity with the information, making understandable its meaning beyond the number itself.
