You can't imagine the precision work and the intelligence that already drives your own cells!
The human body is made up of an infinite number of intelligent and sensible circuits that connect the different organs to each other. Those meridians allow for the transmission of information and especially vital energy between the different parts of the body.
Understanding how our body works allows us to better understand the dysfunctions and also prevent diseases by activating the circulation through practices like yoga, Shiatsu, Qi gong etc..
