House on Vavilovyh

Background
The choice of housing in Kyiv is a complete compromise, you have to choose – a park or subway nearby, a beautiful window view or a developed infrastructure, etc.
"But what if you take and collect all the benefits of modern housing in one place?" - thought in Kovalska (construction company) and created "House on Vavilovyh" – functional and aesthetic residencial complex near the subway for active and ambitious Kyivites. There is both a subway and quick access to the center, and the opportunity to live in the greenest part of the city, with fresh air. Sounds great, right?

The task
Our task is to create a launch advertising campaign for the "House on Vavilovyh" and to show how one place can collect so much advantages. We needed to combine 4 messages at once – developed infrastructure, proximity to the subway, the presence of a nearby park area, as well as to show the aesthetics of the architecture of the house.

Solution
We are at the stage of product lunch, so now it is important to raise awareness of the complex – so we took as a basis the shape of the "House on Vavilovyh". At first glance, it seems that it is impossible to collect so much benefits in one house, these thoughts led us to the principle of "impossible figures" that can combine different dimensions and shapes. Thus, the silhouette of the "House on Vavilovyh" turned into a surreal image, which combined all the key advantages of the complex and created a unique visual style.

Work on concept

Here at Looma we love craft, so we paid special attention to details at the implementation stage. The film and video were created entirely by the CGI's internal production department. The video was shot in CG in "one shot" – so, while flying between the faces and dimensions, the viewer can appreciate all the benefits of the complex.
Video commercial
Already at the design stage of the complex, we already understood what it should look like and what infrastructure it should have. Based on our own experience and the experience of architects with a world name, we created a stylish project, taking into account all the details and integrated them into existing buildings. "The Sense of the City" advertising campaign is just about that"
