The clients brief was quiet clear, he wanted to combine the gourmand food given elegancy with the contemporary simplicity.
The webshop is based on apx. 30 active products, so we decided that we will focus on presenting these products as delicious as it is possible. In order to achieve it, we used big, high quality product images.
To not let out of focus the usability we add different overlay effects on different type of products. Highlight the differences, between normal and premium quality products.
We designed the promotional products appearance, in a way to not be obtrusive. Underneath the promotional products we placed our custom calendar, to show the company’s events.
To make the check out and order process as handy as possible we add a sticky, cart summary to the page. This way your orders are always on hand.
Handy and clever checkout design helps the user toward conversion. So we played with sticky content.

The visually appealing presentation of gourmand recipes was one of the key part of the project, and we had a lot of amazing content to present them so at this point we decided to let the content to talk itself.
