Original drawing and photoshop rendering for the English progressive rock band Yes "Open Your Eyes & 30th Anniversary Tour". While Art Director at Winterland Productions in San Francisco, I jumped at the chance to create artwork for the Official Yes Tour merchandise, which to my delight included this t-shirt. I've been a long time fan of the band and greatly inspired by the Yes album covers created by Roger Dean. Here I pay tribute to them both with my own creative interpretation, illustration and vision for "Open Your Eyes".
Yes has toured for five decades and are one of the most successful, influential, and longest-lasting rock bands. They've sold 13.5 million albums in the USA as well as more than 30 million albums worldwide. Their discography spans 22 studio albums. In April 2017, Yes were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
