In celebration of season 2 of the Netflix show “The Witcher” releasing soon, I’ve created an illustration of the main character Geralt, played by Henry Cavill.

I am hugely fond of fan and geek art as reading fictional books, playing video games and watching TV shows such as The Witcher books, games and show inspire a lot of my work, especially when it comes to creative world-building and character design.

I think The Witcher is one of the best examples of this, as the fictional world of The Continent, along with Geralt’s intimidating character design, works well to communicate a creative twist on medieval fantasy.
