This package of a comically large box with a comically small M&M was based off of the art style of Roy Lichtenstein. I made sure to use benday dots, only 3 colors, and comic book style text to really sell the style! I even created parodies of some of Lichtenstein's works on some of the sides to appeal to fans of his work. The box opens up diagonally, and unsurprisingly, only has a single green mini M&M inside.
These were my original sketches for the lichtenstein box. There were many designs on it which were similar to the final product!
This was my digital rough draft of the box. I hadn't worked with sketching on photoshop before this, so even though the best way to describe the craftmanship here would be "garbage", I would say I'm pretty proud of what I was able to accomplish for the concepts!
