Posters and announcements are hung on the metal surface at the top with magnets. So they can be changed easy and clean way. Magnets are stored in the drawer located at the bottom left of the metal panel. Just below these there is a stand where you can take notes or put your belongings.
There is another hopper in the trash cans to be removed and emptied easily.
