PHOTO LAYOUT - MONSTER IN CANBERRA
These are a series of photos I took in and around Civic, Canberra. I wanted to tell the story of a person looking into a Monster that's been spotted in and around the CBD since the 1950's, with news reports and witness sketches to give a bit more background to some of the more vague photos. It's laid out like a classic detective/police pin board, with relevant locations, photos and news reports/sketches linked to each other.

It's laid out like a classic detective/police pin board, with relevant locations, photos and news reports/sketches linked to each other.
The photos were all taken on the same day, I wanted to wait until a day that was overcast, because it fit the mood I was going for, on top of being slightly easier to colour grade. All of the monster sightings were added in with Photoshop, with the exception of the sketches and the photo with the monster in plain view, which were done in Clip Studio Paint, as I prefer it for drawn elements.
The layout is laid on top of this map of Canberra, which has been edited to look faded and worn.
