One Design System, three cosmetic brands

Applied methodologies: 
Competitive benchmarking User & Product discovery, User interviews, Usability testing, Information Achitecture, Lo-fi prototyping and Hi-fi prototyping.
The challenge: 
We had the great challenge of achieving a modular and scalable design, and a system that would manage the content of the 3 beauty brands, in an easy and flexible way, building a library of components to cover the needs of all products and services. 

Unify current communication channels: 
• Create groups DS themed 
• Avoid email chains that nobody reads
Generate touch points between areas: 
• Regularly 
• Interdisciplinary 
• Include leaders 
• Guided by a Scrum master 

Improve meeting effectiveness: 
• Previous agenda setting to be treated 
• Joint goal setting
Interdisciplinary training: 
• Internal workshops to transmit knowledge 
• External training to incorporate skills 

Use of defined tools: 
• Make deliverables of the different areas available for consumption at the company level 
• Use deliverables from other areas to generate consistent new material between are
Results:
A Design System to achieve a hierarchical visualization of all the products offered by the 3 Belcorp’s brands, components were designed to show the relevant information to the user in an attractive way.
