In the wake of attacks targeting the AAPI (Asian-American Pacific Islander) community, it became an initiative to join the #StopAsianHate campaign taking place around the county. Inspired by just the words "Asian American", I wanted to highlight “I AM” within the text to emphasize the immense sense of pride the AAPI community felt. I wanted this to serve as a reminder, that together we have a voice, one that can empower and educate those who are willing to listen and learn about our unique stories and culture to stop all types of hate.
