This is a self initiated project of iconic places in Tokyo’s districts/special wards. 東京 means Tokyo, the insignia between the characters is the Metropolitan Crest of Tokyo.

Ginza 銀座
Ginza is part of a district in Chuo, Tokyo. It is one of the famous districts with high-end brands, and several departmental stores. Illustration featuring Ginza’s Wako Store.
Asakusa 浅草
Asakusa is part of a district in Taito, Tokyo. Illustration featuring The Kaminarimon Gate also known as the Thunder Gate. The Kaminarimon Gate is located outside the famous Senso-ji Temple.
Ueno 上野
Ueno is part of a district in Taito, Tokyo. Ameyoko is the short form of Ameya Yokocho, a busy market street near the Ueno Station. Illustration featuring Ameyoko.
Shibuya 渋谷
Shibuya is the central ward of Tokyo, with countless number of locals and tourists traveling around the area. The famous Shibuya Crossing is located below Shibuya 109, one of the most fashionable shopping malls. Illustration featuring Shibuya 109.
 
Shinjuku 新宿
Shinjuku is one of the wards in Tokyo, with the busiest train station and several skyscrapers. Illustration featuring Omoide Yokocho. It is filled with eateries and izakaya along the narrow lane. 
Odaiba お台場
Odaiba is one of the districts in Minato, Tokyo. Odaiba is a large reclaimed land in Tokyo Bay with lots of attractions, and sightseeing spots. Illustration featuring Gundam Statue.
