My very first lollipop "cake" was the Mardi Gras themed Sweet 16 party in November 2007.  I finally found a hobby that I really enjoyed.  I then went on to make Christmas Lollipops that year and sold them at a local deli.  I took a break from lollipop making for a few years and started up again in 2010.  In 2011, business started to pick up wit the most popular theme so far having been the monkey lollipops.
