Wendy's Franchisee Website Redesign

Spicing up the digital presence of a national fast food franchisee.
Challenge
JAE Restaurant Group, the 2nd largest Wendy's franchisee in the nation, was using a barebones templated website that restricted their digital presence. With an eye towards growth, their website was set for a long awaited overhaul.

Solution
JAE reached out to MoreVisibility to help rebrand their entire platform. We began by bringing new art direction, iconography, and an improved website taxonomy. Addressing all pain points, I worked closely with the developers and SEO team to design and develop a fast-loading, easy-to-use experience with the story of JAE at the forefront.


Built Around the User
It was important to design and develop an easy-to-use website for stakeholders, employees, job seekers, and consumers. From the discovery phase came the strategy to create a wholistic platform that educated the user and helped steer them in the most appropriate direction based on their needs.


Mobile-Friendly
With the majority of today's website traffic being mobile, it was important to design the overall experience from a mobile-first, fully responsive approach. All call-to-actions and products selectors were optimized for phone screens, as well as load time set at lightning fast speeds for the consumer on the go.


Enhanced News Pages
The news hub and article pages were designed to be super informative, yet streamlined, allowing users to easily navigate while learning about fundraising campaigns, employee recognition, new products, community involvement, and more.
