Illustration und Workmarke Mentoring-Programm
Das Karriere-Mentoring-Programm der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena bringt Mentorinnen und Mentoren aus Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft mit Promovierenden aus den Naturwissenschaft zusammen. Auf diese Weise werden den Studenten Karriere-Wege außerhalb der Universität aufgezeigt und begleitet.
Für das Career Mentoring und den Career Dayentstand ein Logo, welches sich nicht nur in das Design der Graduierten Akademie einfügt, sondern auch problemlos auf den wachsenden Themenbereich rund um das Mentoring-Programm angepasst werden kann.
Hauptbestandteil des Erscheinungsbildes sind zwei grafische Illustrationen, die das Finden des eigenen Weges und der Unterstützung des Mentors/ der Mentorin visualisieren.

The career mentoring program of the Friedrich Schiller University Jena brings mentors from business and society together with doctoral candidates from the natural sciences. In this way, the students are shown and supported career paths outside of the university.
A logo was created for Career Mentoring and Career Day, which not only fits into the design of the Graduate Academy, but can also be easily adapted to the growing subject area related to the mentoring program.
The main part of the appearance are two graphic illustrations that visualize finding one's own path and the support of the mentor.
