"Patuloy" is a Filipino word which means to continue, and is the title of a spoken word piece I released on Instagram. To announce it, I created a banner of three panels using three separate posts.

The banner can be divided into three parts. The first panel features text from the poetry piece. The middle panel features the title of the piece, and the last panel features a Bible verse connected to the theme of the poem. I used one image and background for the three posts to give the illusion of being one banner.

The design uses three main colors: green, white and yellow. Green symbolizes a fresh start and is one of the main colors of my personal branding. White symbolizes newness, and yellow stands for a bright future. These colors also stand out against a neutral and dark-colored background, making them complementary to the image used.

"Akira Expanded" was the font used in the design. It is youthful and bold, ideal for the poem's target audience. Some text are transparent so the background image can still be visible and to provide contrast to keywords that were filled in.
