Water Pollution

Water is life. It is a very important things that human could not live without. However, our water have been wasting and polluting by human activities. This could cause a serious problem in the future. Human cannot have clean water which will directly affect the economic and health. This project is to design an experience center in conjunction with SDG 12 Responsible Consumption and Production. It aims to raise the awareness of the public through some interactive activities and workshops to deepen their knowledge. The site is located at Proton Sales Gallery, SS14.
Façade - The façade design is inspire by the concept element " water molecule "
Reception - Place for visitor to check their booking slot. The element of  concept are apply on the ceiling with the implement of mirror installation. Water texture could be reflected through the mirror. A glass wall are design to separate to experiment area and reception area. The reception counter are make from eco friendly material.
Experiment area - Play it! A small "water fall" are suspended on the ceiling in the middle of the entire space. It was inspired by the concept element "water molecule" It show the transform of solid molecule become a liquid molecule which is from ice become a crystal water. The skylight allow the natural the natural light come in and create the texture of water when the light shine on the water. 
Vr Room and Interactive Floor & Wall - Feel it! A texture glass panel are choose to apply on the ceiling. When the light turn on, the entire room will fill with water texture. 
Hydroponic Garden & Workshop - A totally different space with the water experiment area. A place that fill up with natural light and greenery. A skylight are design along the walkway with hydroponic plants on both side. Visitor could have their workshop in this greenery and fresh space.
