The breakdown:
Firstly, the diffusion and refraction map are made from combining the album cover for No Pressure, some shape elements made, and the text all in Photoshop seen in the picture under.
Here in the picture under is the refraction map, the way it works is the white parts are being refracted when put in the refraction node, the black parts are not. The refraction map is inversely proportional to the diffusion map.
Then I applied the maps I made on 2 materials on C4D, the first is for the diffusion and refraction combined as seen on the 2 pictures under, then applied on a thin plane. With caustics and color dispersion and the refraction IOR at 1.7; physically accurate to real life glass for more light accuracy and realism seen on the second and third picture.

Under the thin layer, I put a cuboid-like shape for thickness for the panel, to it I applied the clear glass material with no diffusion. Also a thinned and stretched out torus in the back for light and aesthetics.
Added a vibrate tag to the camera object and set frequency on 0.5 for slight subtle movement
Along with the vibrate tag I added additional movement by placing keyframes of the plane rotating to the left to the z axis on frame ~188 and to the right on 361And finally it was rendered at 30 fps at a res of 3840x2160 over 53 hours, here is the viewport.
