Milton Glaser - An inspiration

Project Overview: In this project I studied Milton Glaser and his work, one of the greatest reknowned graphic designers and took isnpiration from one of his projects to develop my own. I took his concept "what if things weren't the way they are", and carried it forward to show my perspective about it in a form of children's book.
Also this was the first time I was introduced to the entire design process.
He is an american graphic designer, illustrator, and cofounder of the revolutionary Pushpin Studio. His most notable designs include the I Love New York logo, a 1966 poster for Bob Dylan, and the logos for DC Comics, Stony Brook University and Brooklyn Brewery. He has a playful, chameleonic, colorful and iconic style. I got inspired from one of his works which was very different from what he is known for. He through his work proved that the best designs need not be complex. This is what I as an aspirant designer shall always keep in mind.
Conecpt Note : This project is inspired by a children's book titled "If" illustrated by Milton Glaser, the centre idea of which is What if things weren't the way they are? This is my take on the concept and what I built from it.
