Project Tex-Transport is focused on public transport upholstery fabric designs. It is focused to upholstery designs in public transport in the capital city of Slovakia, Bratislava. Collection of printed textiles and jacquard weaved textiles introduce possible concept for Bratislava. Designs which show big dominants of the city and usual common settlement buildings are transformed to the textiles and they are introduced like fabrics, also like applicated upholstery on the public transport seats. Idea of project is improve awareness and view to upholsteries in public transport. They are usually in the background and their potential is not fulfilled. Potential of this common daily elements can be extensive and interior of public transport can be a communication tool of the city. Main aim of project is create a design concept which can fulfilled the ambition to raise of public transport.
