The more time we spend at home, the harder it gets, the more you lose connection to the outside world. Having "connections" is what defines us as human beings, we connect with and to everything around us, with people, with nature, with sounds, voices, places, and the list goes on and on. So I encourage you to try to hold on to as many connections as you have ,as hard and energy consuming it may be, but at the end of the day, those connections are what keeps us going, are what keeps us feel alive!
