This is a personal project I created for the 700th Anniversary of Dante Alighieri's death. It took me a while as I did everything, from the bottle's 3D renders to the lettering, line illustrations and patterns. I enjoyed very much the whole process, as the topic really fascinates me.
If you don't know about the Divine Comedy it is an incredible work of epic poetry, telling the adventures of Dante himself, travelling through three amazing worlds: Hell, Purgatory and Paradise. Although written in 1321, we can all probably relate to the feeling of being in hell or paradise, finding beasts, angels, demons and mentors through our personal journeys. I sincerely hope that by learning about this masterpiece you get as inspired, guided and comforted by it as much I did.
