This project was developed within the workshops of the Architecture and Urban Planning course. Inspired by the successful Parque Library model widely implemented in Medellín, Colombia, the complex blends cultural activities with a strong social purpose, aiming to enrich the community through accessible and engaging spaces. There are areas for both indoor and outdoor activities, and the public it caters to spans all age groups.
