ELIM is a local gift store located at Madiun, East Java. One of their best-selling product is this Pecel seasoning, named Lumpang. Pecel is the most famous Madiun meal containing vegetables which is served with peanut sauce. This seasoning is actually liquid but people usually sell them in paste (only wrapped in a transparent plastic bag). Because competition in market is thight, increasing selling price is almost impossible. So to overcome that, ELIM needs a new strategy.
