At a glance, coaches can review player stats, character alerts (bad online behavior), and an influence map indicting who's following whom. Coaches notes and other on-field entries can be made simply, and shared with other recruiters automatically.
Here are some views from a project we did for adidas. Dashboards aren't usually this beautiful, and I had an uphill battle preserving the aesthetics while working with analysts. I'd really like to get this tested in a UAT to confirm my hypothesis that anything that makes the world you live in more beautiful, makes the work you do better.
